摘要 目的探讨微创手术治疗拇外翻的临床效果及优缺点。方法对我院近3年收治的845例(1467足)拇外翻患者采用微创手术治疗,回顾性分析治疗的效果。结果1467足均在术后8周一期愈合,内侧皮神经损伤19足,拇趾僵硬12足,第一跖趾关节痛、畸形矫正不良8足(均为重度拇外翻患者),转移性跖骨痛6足,足中部不适6足,均对症治疗效果满意。结论拇外翻微创治疗适合于轻中度拇外翻患者,术后可在短期内愈合,并发症少。 Objective To discussion clinical results of minimally invasive surgery for hallux valgus and its advantages and disadvantages. Methods The therapeutic effects were retrospectively analyzed for 845 cases ( 1467 feet) treated by minimally invasive surgery during the past three years in our hospital. Results All 1467 feet got primary healing in 8 weeks postoperatively. There were medial cutaneous nerve injury in 19 feet, rigid thumb in 12 feet, pain of the first metatarsophalangeal joint and poor correction of malformation in 8 feet ( all were cases with serious hallux valgus), metastatic metatarsal pain in 6 feet, and central foot discomfort in 6 feet. All of the cases responded well to the symptomatic treatment. Conclusion The minimally invasive surgery is suitable for mild to moderate hallux valgus, with a healing in a shorter period of time and less complications.
