摘要
目的测量济宁市结核病人的生存质量,初步评价结核病患者生存质量测评量表(QLI-TBV1.0)的适用性,为其在结核病患者生存质量测量中的应用提供科学依据。方法采用SF-36及QLI-TBV1.0对248例结核病患者(病例组)和248例健康对照者(对照组)进行生存质量测量,并比较两组的各维度得分及总得分。结果两组被调查者在躯体健康(PF)、躯体角色功能(RP)、心理健康(MH)、情绪角色功能(RE)、社会功能(SF)、精力(V)、躯体疼痛(BP)及总体健康(GH)8个维度的评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组被调查者在躯体功能(PH)、心理功能(PS)、社会功能(SO)、治疗(SM)4个维度的评分及总评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论QLI-TBV1.0可以用于我国结核病生存质量的初步测量,济宁市结核病患者生存质量普遍低下,在治疗的同时不但要关注其躯体康复,还必须提高他们的生存质量。
Objective To measure the quality of life （QOL） in patients with tuberculosis in Jining so as to assess the applicability of QLI -TB V1.0 （Quality of Life Instrument for Tuberculosis Patients） for providing a scientific basis in measurements of TB patientsuality of life. Methods QOL of 248 patients with tuberculosis （ case group） and 248 healthy controls （ control group） were assessed by SF - 36 and QLI - TB V1. 0, and the scores of two groups got by SF - 36 and QLI - TB V1.0 were analyzed. Results There were statistically significant differences in scores of SF -36 in physical functioning, role physical, mental health, role emotional, social functioning, vitality, bodily pain and general health between the two groups （ all P 〈 0. 05）. There were statistically significant differences in scores of QLI - TB in physical functioning, psychological functioning, social functioning and specific module between the two groups, too （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The QLI - TB V1.0 instrument is suitable for measurement of QOL of patients with tuberculosis in China, the quality of life of tuberculosis patients is low in Jining, and so, at the same time of treatment, we should pay attention to their physical health and improve their quality of life.
