摘要
研究了一种基于鉴相技术的超声波隧道风速测量方法,建立了风速测量模型。该方法克服了传统时差法电路复杂、信号处理较难的缺点,实现了隧道风速的高精度实时检测。测量系统采用一个传感器连续发射,两对传感器同时接收的结构实现不同风速段的测量,在保证测量范围的同时提高了低风速段的测量精度。系统以单片机ATMEGA128为核心,采用CPLD进行高精度数字鉴相,提高了处理精度;利用温度补偿技术进一步提高测量精度。与传统的测量方法相比,该系统测量精度有较大提高。
A new method based on the technology of phase-difference detection to measure tunnel wind speed by ultrasonic is researched , and the measurement system is proposed. The new method overcomes the defects (the complexity of circuit and the difficulty in signal processing) of traditional time-difference method and reaches high measure accuracy in real-time detection of tunnel wind speed. The new system adopts one emitting sensor and two couples of receiving sensors to measure wind speed in two different ranges, not only ensures measure limits but also improves precision in tow wind speed measure. The system cored as a chip microprocessor ATMEGA128, uses CPLD to realize high precision digital phase detecting. With the help of CPLD, the system improves the precision in data processing. Temperature compensating technique is adopt to further increase the measure accuracy. Compared with the traditional methods, the measure precision of the system is remarkably improved.
