摘要
对ZA27合金断裂轴套和未断裂轴套微观组织形貌进行了对比,并分析了断裂轴套不同部位微观组织和合金元素成分,结果表明,断裂试样中存在较多点状的及针状组织,分布较为杂乱,而未断裂轴套和未断裂部位处试样组织分布均匀一致。在断裂试样和未断裂样品中都有大量的缩松和杂质,其对基体的影响有显著差异。由于在断裂试样中,脆性的富Fe、富Si相增加了铸件的脆性,易引起应力集中,导致轴套断裂失效。
The microstructures of the fractured and non-fractured sleeves of ZA27 alloy were compared, and the microstructure and phase constitutions in different parts of the fractured sleeves were analyzed. The results show that there are a lot of globular and acicular phases distributed intricately in the fractured sample; but the distribution of the microstructure in non-fractured sleeves and non-fractured parts is highly uniform. There are plenty of shrinkage porosity and impurity in all of the samples, and the influence of shrinkage porosity and impurity on matrix is significantly different. Because the brittle iron-rich and silicon-rich phase increases the brittleness of the fractured sample, it is apt to cause the stress concentration and results in fracture failure.
