摘要
提出模拟龙卷风的旋流集中吸送散物料的新方法。应用流体力学理论分析了形成旋流吸送的条件,研制了模拟试验用的旋流发生器,研究了人造龙卷风旋流吸送的规律。旋流吸送时产生的向心压力梯度力将型砂集中在管道中心的负压真空区域,可实现铸造型砂的吸送过程中不磨损吸送管道。
A new method is presented for conveying the bulk material with cyclone by simulating tornado. The generating conditions of cyclonic conveying are analyzed based on the hydrodynamics principle, and the cyclonic conveying law of man-made tornado is studied by means of a brass board cyclonic generator self-developed for experiment. The centripetal pressure gradient force generated during cyclonic conveying concentrates the molding sand in the suction center of the pipe. As a result, pipe friction can be avoided in the sand conveying process.
