电磁搅拌对60Si2Mn弹簧钢凝固条件影响的研究

摘要 利用自制设备制备了60Si2Mn弹簧钢半固态试样,研究了电磁搅拌条件下60Si2Mn弹簧钢铸锭成分和组织层的变化。结果表明,电磁搅拌可以使60Si2Mn弹簧钢铸锭成分更加均匀,并可以减小或消除铸锭中发达的枝晶,电磁搅拌改善了60Si2Mn弹簧钢的凝固条件,增加了凝固过程中的形核率,使铸锭中的等轴晶得到细化。 The semisolid sample of 60Si2Mn spring steel has been produced, and the change of composition and microstructures of cast ingot under electromagnetic stirring were studied. Results show that electromagnetic stirring can uniform the composition of cast ingot and reduce or eliminate the thick layer of columnar dendritic austenite of 60Si2Mn steel. Electromagnetic stirring improved the solidification condition of 60Si2Mn spring steel and increased the amount of austenite nucleation, so the austenite grains were refined.
