摘要
大坝安全监测自动化是保障水库大坝安全的重要非工程措施,对减小水库风险,提高防灾减灾能力,有效保障水库工程安全、饮水安全与公众安全有着重要作用。结合当前大坝安全监测自动化技术现状,就水库大坝安全监测布置及优化、信息采集与控制、信息传输与管理、信息服务与应用技术等进行了总结,并对未来大坝安全监测贡献、对象、管理体系、技术发展及信息化建设进行了展望。
Automatic monitoring of dam safety is one of the key non-structural measures for securing dam safety, which plays significant role in reducing risk of small reservoir, capacity building of disaster relief, effective dam protection, and safe drinking water and public safety. Considering the current condition of automatic monitoring technologies of dam safety, it provides a summary of display and optimization of dam safety monitoring, data collection and control, information transformation and management, services and application technology. It also forecasts the future objects, management system, technology development and information system for dam safety monitoring
