摘要
简要阐述了大坝风险管理的内涵,分析了风险管理在我国水库大坝安全管理中的重要性与必然性,并结合实际情况,从风险管理原则、风险管理目标、工程与非工程措施、理念更新的传播与普及等方面提出了实现大坝风险管理的近期与远期对策建议。
This paper introduces the inherent of dam risk management and analyzes the importance and necessity of risk management in dam safety management in China. In accordance with actual situation, suggestions for dam risk management in the short-term and long-term are presented, in the respects of principle, target, structure and non- structural measures, and spreading and popularization of new theories.
