摘要
研究了溶液熔融相结合的方法合成聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS),对聚合反应的催化剂进行了筛选,对其合成工艺中的影响因素进行了研究。在最佳合成工艺下,使用双催化剂可以在4 h内得到相对数均分子质量7.55×104,分子质量分布1.8781的PBS。
In order to study the synthesis of poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) by solution polycondensafion combined with melt polycondensation, screening of catalyst for polymerization reaction, and the factors influencing the synthetic process are investigated and the optimum conditions are obtained. The result shows that under optimum conditions the reaction time can be reduced to 4 hours and the poly( butylene succinate)(PBS) can be obtained with anumber-average molecular weight(Mn) of 75 500 and the distribution can be about 1.8781.
