摘要
基层农业科研单位特色信息资源是学科发展的基础和标志。文章通过阐述加强信息资源开发利用的必要性,从内容、来源、手段和方法上进行论述,提出信息资源开发利用的首要任务是规范管理,并将其纳入科研管理工作中的思路,以期提供借鉴。
Special information resources are base and sign of professional development of the grass-roots agricultural research institutes. Based on discussion of necessary of strengthening the utilization of information resources, content, souse, means and methods of this work was discussed. It is pointed out that the primary task of utilization of information resources is to standardize the management and seeing it as part of the management of scientific research, so we can draw experiences from past. work.
