摘要
通过分析网络环境下医院图书馆的特点,提出网络环境下医院图书馆的发展对策:建立图书馆自动化管理系统,合理配置馆藏资源,建设有专业特色的馆藏信息资源,充分利用网络加强馆际合作,实现文献资源共享,加强人才队伍建设。
The characteristics of hospital libraries under the network environment are analyzed. In order to adapt to the network environment, hospital libraries should construct automatic management system, allocate the collection resources reasonably, collect information resources with professioal eharateristics, realize the sharing of literature across different libraries and train qualified personnel.
