摘要
分析了信息化时代采访人员的素养现状,指出了采访人员提高素养的必要性,提出采访人员必须加强学习,提高自己的思想政治素养、职业道德素养、信息素养、知识素养和人文素养,才能适应现代图书馆的发展需要。
This paper analyzes the present situation of the literacy of acquisitioning staffs in the information times,points out the necessity of improving the literacy of acquisitioning staffs, and points out that the acquisitioning staffs must strengthen the learning and improve ideological and political literacy, ethical literacy, information literacy, knowledge literacy and humanistic literacy to meet the needs of modern library development.
