摘要
通过田间人工接蚜形成不同蚜量梯度的方法，研究棉花现蕾前后棉蚜对生长发育及棉花产量的影响。结果表明现蕾前后棉蚜对棉花生长发育的影响较大；累积蚜量与产量损失率有明显的相关性，回归方程为：Ｙ＝２．２２９１＋６．５２４７×１０－４Ｘ；根据收益与费用的原则，其经济阈值为２６１４日·头·株－１。
During 1992～1993,different densities of mixaged aphis population were infested to the cotton plants at squaring stage on field plot in Shache County,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,to determine the influence of cotton aphis 〔Aphis gossypii (Glover)〕on the growth and yield of Cotton.The results showed that the development of aphis population can cause the dropping of buds,the reducing in stem length and the number of fruit branch,the rolling of leaves,the losing of lint yield and so on.A highly significant regressive relation was found between the accumulative number of aphis per plant (X) and the percentage reduction in the total lint yield (Y) as:=2.2291+6.5247×10-4X.From the views of economics,the economic threshold of cotton aphis at squaring sttage was proposed to be 2614 dayinsects per plant.
