摘要
目的对已感染幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的成人特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者行抗Hp治疗的临床研究,探讨ITP与Hp之间的关系以及抗Hp在ITP治疗中的作用。方法以14C尿素呼气试验筛选Hp感染的ITP患者,应用奥美拉唑、克拉霉素及羟氨苄青霉素三联治疗Hp,观察血小板计数变化情况。结果本组26例患者经抗Hp治疗后血小板数有明显上升,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。21例Hp转阴。Hp转阴患者的血小板回升程度较未转阴者更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论抗Hp治疗可提高受Hp感染的ITP患者血小板数量。
Objective To observe the relationship between adult patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（fTP） that was infected by Helicobacter pylori （Hp） and Hp and the effect of anti Hp. Methods The infection by Hp in 26 cases of the patients with ITP were positive used 14C urea breath test . Counting platelet change before and after the eradication Hp with omeprazole, clarithromycin and amoxicillin. Results The number of platelet was more increased clearly in all the patients after treating Hp than that before eradication of Hp（ P 〈0.01 ）. The test of Hp were negative in 21cases of 26 patients and other 5 cases were still positive after eradication treatment of Hp. The number of platelet in patients that the test of Hp were negative were very more increased than that in patients that Hp were still positive （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Platelet count can be raised in the most of adult patients with ITP after treatment of eradicating Hp.
