摘要
某焦化厂备煤控制系统,采用施耐德公司Quantum系列PLC,应用美国Intellution公司开发的FIX软件进行组态,形成一套完整的SCADA系统,即备煤过程中皮带运输的操作、数据采集、监控和报警。对系统的硬件、网络配置和软件监控作了详细说明,介绍了系统的主要功能和实现方法。
In a Coking Coal Preparation automation system, the Quantun familial PLC of Schroders group and FIX configuration software of Intellution Company were used to construct an integral SCADA system.The SCADA system includes belt-operation,data collection,supervision,alarm sub-system.In this paper,the hard and network configuration,the main function of the system were induced.We also present the scheme of design and key technology in the system.
