摘要
以聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)的渗透溶液模拟水分胁迫的条件,比较了不同水分胁迫强度和同一胁迫强度条件下银杏、侧柏、火炬松等树种幼苗的抗旱性,并确定了3个鉴定苗木早期抗旱性的生理指标。结果表明:3个树种幼苗抗旱性的顺序为:侧柏>银杏>火炬松;质膜相对透性、相对含水量(RWC)、根系活力等指标可以作为快速、简便鉴定苗木早期抗旱性的生理指标。
This paper compared the dorught resistance in seedlings of three tree species including Gink go biloba L , Platycladus orientalis (L ) Franco, Pinus taeda L under different strengths and the same strength of water stress,by means of treating with polyethylene glycol (PEG 6000) solutions with different osmotic potentials and the same osmotic potential ( 0 5MPa) to imitate the condition of water stress, furthermore decided three appraising physiological indexes of early drought resistance in seedlings.The results showed that the drought resistance of the three tree species from strong to weak was Platycludus orientalis,Ginkgo biloba,Pinus taeda and the indexes of relative permeability of membrances, relative water content (RWC) and root activity et al.could be used as rapid,simple and convenient appraising indexes of early drought resistance in seedlings.
