摘要
本文研究了在0.035mol/L NaoH-0.040mol/L Na_3C_6H_5O_7-0.6%NaAc介质中(pH 13.0).4-(2-噻唑偶氯)间苯二酚(TAR)与Ni^(2+)形成络合物的极谱行为。在-0.78V(相对银汞齐电板)处,Ni-TAR产生一灵敏度很高的导数极谱波,检测限为0.1ppb,镍浓度与峰电流在0.5—400ppb范围内呈线性关系。研究了络合物的组成、极谱波的性质及其机理,提出了测定水样及人发中微量镍的方法,该方法简便、快速,结果令人满意。
A polarographic method is described for the determination of the trace nickel in waters and hairs. In NaOH-Na_3C_6H_5O_7-NaAc (pH 13.0)supporting electrolytes containing 4.0×10^(-4)%4-(2-thiazolylazo)-resorcinol (TAR), a highly sensitive complex wave of Ni-TAR by singlesweep polarography is observed. The peak potential of the wave is -0.78 (vs.Hg). The linear relationship holds between peak current and nickel concentration ranging from 0.5 to 400 ppb. The limit of detection for Ni is 0.1 ppb. The mechanism of the wave has been investigated. The composition and stability constant of the complex of Ni (Ⅱ) and TAR have been determined.
