摘要
编辑职业道德规范的基本原则就是全心全意为人民服务。实际工作中,由于人情因素、编辑主体意识因素、利益因素等原因造成不尊重读者、不尊重作者、不尊重自我人格的现象时有发生。杜绝此类现象唯有完善自律和他律机制,严格法纪惩处。
The basic principle of the editors＇ professional ethics is to serve the people with all their heart. In real work, due to emotional consideration, the subjective judgment and pursuit of interest, editors may not respect readers or authors or themselves. To prevent such incidents the self-disciplining or external restriction mechanism shall be established to punish the offenders.
