摘要
从多个层面归纳了光污染对城市生态系统的主要危害,构建了城市光污染防控与减缓的综合对策体系,从规划设计与评价、法律法规保障、政府行政监管、技术创新、宣传教育培训等五方面提出了具体措施。
Based on the analysis on harm to urban ecology system from light pollution, this paper constructs synthetic countermeasures to prevent and mitigate the urban light pollution. And some concrete measures are suggested in respect of planning and assessment, regulation and laws, government supervision and management, technical innovation, publicity and education system.
