摘要
能源法是我国近年来发展最为迅速的立法领域之一。在生态文明观的指导下,不断涌现的能源法呈现出生态化的特征。我国能源法的生态化主要表现为新指导思想的出现、立法结构的生态化、能源法律制度的进步等。
Energy law in China is a highly developing legal regime in recent years, under me guidance of ecological civilization ideology, it is becoming greener and greener. The greening of energy in China mainly lies in the existence of fresh notion, changes in legislation structure and pro- gresses in legal system of energy law. However, there are still some barriers in place. The paper emphasizes the institutional, technological and ideological disadvantages in China to the implementation of green energy law and realization of harmony between human being and nature.
