摘要
虚拟参考服务是未来参考服务工作的一个重要发展方向,但由于资源的限制,任何一个信息服务单位均不能独自解决面临的所有虚拟参考服务问题,于是就产生了虚拟参考服务协作问题。文章从问题的起因谈起,论述了虚拟参考服务协作的涵义及其基础和前提,并提出了加快我国虚拟参考服务协作工作发展的几项措施。
Virtual Reference Service is an important development trend of the future reference service work, but as a result of the limited resources, any information service unit cannot alone solve all the problems that are facing in Virtual Reference Service, therefore appears the problems of Virtual Reference Service cooperation. From the causes of the problem, this paper elaborates the meaning, foundation and premise of the Virtual Reference Service cooperation and proposes several measures to speed up the development of Virtual Reference Service cooperation work for our country. 8 refs.
