李大钊具有丰富的图书馆学思想,他在北京大学图书馆管理的具体实践中,锐意改革,不断创新,使北京大学图书馆在管理方面开创了新局面。其思想反映了近代中国图书馆发展的必然趋势,对我国现代图书馆事业的发展具有重要意义,能为当今我国图书馆人本管理制度的提升提供重要启示。
Li Dazhao＇s ideology of library is very abundant and a new situation in management of library of Beijing university was created because of his effective, powerful and innovative reformation during his working in Beijing university. Li Dazhao＇ s ideology reflects the tendency of modem Chinese libraries＇ development and has great significance to Chinese library work. His ideology can provide some enlightenment to the establishment of libraries＇ human - oriented management rules. 12 refs.
