摘要
以湖南工业大学科技学院应用型人才的培养模式为例,分析了其依据本部教学资源的优势、适时调整学校的发展策略及采取的一系列创新措施,指出了一条培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质、应用型人才的办学之路。
Taking the applied-talent-cultivating pattern of the College of Science ＆ Technology, Hunan University of Technology as an example, this paper analyzes how this independent college to make use of the superiorities of its mother campus＇ teaching resources, timely adjust the developing strategies and adopt a series of innovative measures to create an approach to cultivate applied talents with innovative spirit, high quality and practical ability.
