摘要
本文就活动平板运动试验对冠状动脉病变的诊断价值与冠脉造影对照分析。７８例运动试验诊断冠心病的敏感性为７８３％，特异性为８３３％；冠状动脉１支或１支以上狭窄大于８０％者，运动试验阳性率为１００％；冠状动脉的狭窄程度与活动平板阳性率呈正相关，与运动功量等级呈负相关。
Objective: To estimate the diagnostic value of treadmill test in coronary artery disease Methods: 78 patients with positive treadmill test were assigned to coronary angiography Result: The sensitivity of treadmill test was 78 3%, specificity 83 3% Patients with one or more coronary branches stenosis presented 100% positive rate in treadmill test Conclutsion: The positive rate was significantly correlative with the degree of the stenosis of coronary disease
