摘要 通过对 U75V 钢轨试样在不同的变形温度、变形速率、变形量三种条件下进行试验,观察了不同变形条件对试样珠光体显微组织一珠光体晶粒度和片间距的影响,研究了微合金元素对重轨钢性能的影响,得出了以下结论:①对于舍 V 微合全的 U75V 钢轨动态再结晶主要发生在变形温度较高、变形速率较低、变形量较大的情况下。②在一定的变形温度和变形量的条件下,随着变形速率的降低,动态再结晶发生的可能性越大。应力峰值和临界应变值减小。③发生动态再结晶后的奥氏体晶粒在空冷以后得到的珠光体组织为索氏体,其珠光体团的尺寸和珠光体的片间距都比较细小。 Through to test U75V rail as sample with the condition of different deformed temperature, speed and deformation, this experiment inspected the influence to pearlite microstructure -pearlite grain size and slice space with the different deformation condition via microscope and scanned electrical mirror as well as to research what the influence was by mieroalloy element to heavy rail steel performance, to conclucle:1.U75V raid dynamic recrystal with microalloy like Nb, V were mainly happened with higher deformed temperature, lower deformed speed and heavier deformation.2.With the certain deformed temperature and deformation, dynamic reerystal will be happened with more possibility and stress peak value as well as critical strain value will be reduced.3.Pearlite organization will changed to sorbitizing after Austenitic grain with dynamic reerystal were cooled down by air, and pearlite mass size and slice space will be smaller.
