湿排粉煤灰的活化技术研究

摘要 采用正交试验和测定掺入30%活化粉煤灰水泥强度的方法,较系统地研究了质量比(粉煤灰∶石灰石∶膏)、热养温度、热养时间、粉磨时间等因素对粉煤灰活化效果的影响。找出了影响粉煤灰活化的主要因素和生产的最佳条件。并根据其物理化学性能变化并结合XRD探讨粉煤灰活化机理。 The effect of proportion ratio (wet fly ash:lime:gypsum ), heat curing temperature, heat curing time, milling time on the activation of fly ash was studied by orthogonal design and cement strength incorporating 30% active fly ash,The effect of factors mentioned above on the activation of fly ash and optimum condition of production were found out.The activating mechanism of fly ash was described with physical and chemical performances, XRD.
