血液灌流治疗急性草乌中毒的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血液灌流对兔急性草乌中毒的治疗效果。方法16只实验兔随机分成血液灌流组和对照组,每组8只,建立兔急性草乌中毒模型,血液灌流组用活性炭血液灌流2h。分别观察两组动物临床表现;液相-质谱联用仪检测血液灌流前、后血中草乌毒性成分浓度。结果血液灌流组心律失常2只,死亡2只;对照组心律失常7只,死亡7只,血液灌流组灌流后血浆乌头碱、新乌头碱、次乌头碱浓度分别为(2.02±1.46)、(19.71±16.06)、(2.15±1.53)ng/ml,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论血液灌流可明显降低草乌中毒兔血中乌头碱、新乌头碱及次乌头碱浓度,减轻中毒动物的临床症状。
