Speed sensorless vector control of induction motors using extended Kalman filter

摘要 为了解决传统扩展Kalman滤波器(EKF)迭代矩阵维数高、计算量大的缺点,提出了一种新的基于扩展Kalman滤波器的异步电机无速度传感器矢量控制方法。根据转子磁场定向下转子q轴磁链为零的特点,利用同步坐标系下异步电机数学模型,构建了基于扩展Kalman滤波器的观测器以同时观测电机的磁链和转速。和传统的方法相比,新方法降低了系统阶次,大大降低了系统的复杂性,减小了运算负荷。仿真和实验结果证明了该方法的实用性。 A speed sensorless vector control method of induction motor using extended Kalman filter (EKF) was proposed to overcome the shortcomings of the classical EKF, such as the high dimensionality of the iterative matrixes and the large amount of calculation, The observer based on the model of induction motor in synchronous reference coordinate used to estimate the flux and the rotor speed simultaneously can be simplified for the quadrature axis flux is equal to zero with field oriented control. The orders of model and matrixes are lower than that in classical observer using EKF, so the complexity and computational load are reduced. Simulations and experimental results show the validity and the feasibility of the proposed method.
