摘要 随着对保乳治疗后乳房内肿瘤复发模式认识的统一,部分乳腺照射(partial breast irradiation,PBI)受到广泛关注,而且近几年来的相关研究迅速开展。而通过三维适形放疗(three dimensional conformal radiotherapy.3D—CRT)和调强放疗(intensity—modulated radiotherapy,IMRT)技术实施的部分乳腺外照射(external-beam partial breast irradiation,EB—PBI),
