影像引导保乳术后部分乳腺外照射靶区的确定 被引量：7

摘要 随着对保乳治疗后乳房内肿瘤复发模式认识的统一，部分乳腺照射（partial breast irradiation，PBI）受到广泛关注，而且近几年来的相关研究迅速开展。而通过三维适形放疗（three dimensional conformal radiotherapy．3D—CRT）和调强放疗（intensity—modulated radiotherapy，IMRT）技术实施的部分乳腺外照射（external-beam partial breast irradiation，EB—PBI），
