避免药库药品的紧缺与积压,是保证医院正常运转的前提。作为医院药品供应中起到纽带作用的药库,必须及时了解本院的用药状态,规范采购计划,畅通采购渠道,保证临床用药供应。严格验收入库,对出库药品实行"先进先出、近期先出"的原则。畅通内部流通,做到情报交流快、信息反馈快,将紧缺与积压问题解决在萌芽状态。
It is the premise for a hospital running normally to avoid shortage and overstock of storehouse medicine. The storehouse, as the bond of medicine supply, shall know the status of medicine in use duly, standardize procurement plan and ensure smooth procurement route and guarantee clinical medicine supply. The storehouse should strictly inspect prior to stocking and implement the principle of ＂early in early out, latest dated out first＂. The storehouse should ensure smooth internal circulation, fast information communication and quick information feedback so as to solve shortage and overstock problems beforehand.
