选择性脑灌注技术在复杂先心病主动脉弓手术中的应用

摘要 深低温停循环(deep hypothermic circulatory arrest,DHCA)技术是新生儿、婴幼儿复杂心脏手术中常用的灌注技术,它不但为外科医师提供清晰无血的手术野、减少心房内插管,也在一定程度上减轻停循环所造成的脑缺血损伤。随着病例积累和随访,人们逐渐认识和重视应用DHCA技术后出现的近、远期严重的神经系统并发症和对病儿发育的影响,取而代之的是采用选择性脑灌注(selective cerebral peffusion,SCP)技术。
