摘要
经皮肾穿刺活检术可引起出血、疼痛、肾周血肿、动-静脉瘘、感染等并发症。本文通过对75例超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术患者实施围手术期整体护理,减轻了患者的痛苦,增加了舒适度,减少了并发症,因此有利于机体的康复。
Percutaneous kidney biopsy operation can cause complications such as bleeding, pain, kidney weeks hematoma, dynamic - venous fistula and infection. The holistic nursing for 75 cases of kidney biopsy during the Perioperative time reduces the suffering of the patients, increases comfort and decreases complications. In conclusion it is conducive to the rehabilitation of the body.
