摘要
目的解决麻醉状态下易发生的甲状腺体位综合征、截石位所致血压下降、俯卧位时眼损伤、侧卧位皮肤压疮的问题。方法将循证护理的方法应用于各专科常用手术体位易发生的并发症中,总结出有效的护理干预措施。结果减少了体位并发症的发生,提高了手术患者的舒适度。结论循证护理应用于预防麻醉后各种体位并发症是科学有效的护理方法。
Objective In the solution anaesthesia condition easy to occur the thyroid gland body posture syndrome truncation stone position result blood pressure drops, bends down when the decubitus the eye damage, the side decubitus skin to press sore＇ s question. Methods Will follow card nursing the method to apply in the complication which easy to occur in various faculties commonly used surgery body posture, summarizes the effective nursing intervention measure; Results Reduced the body posture complication occurrence, enhanced the surgery patient＇ s comfort level . Conclusion Follows card nursing applies after the prevention anaesthesia each kind of body posture complication is the science effective nursing method.
