摘要
目的应用一种微创方法治疗胫骨髁间隆突撕脱骨折及其合并症。方法对15例胫骨髁间隆突骨折患者在关节镜下进行复位并用可吸收空心钉固定。结果随访9-18个月,平均12个月,15例骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间45 d。按Neer膝关节评分标准：优12例,良2例,可1例,膝关节功能恢复良好。结论关节镜下复位可吸收空心钉固定术操作时间短、创伤小、并发症少,避免二次手术,能够最大程度地恢复膝关节功能。
Objective To apply a mininal invasive surgical procedure for the treatment of avulsion on fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence （TIE） and its complications. Methods 15 patients were treated arthroscopically for type Ⅱ - Ⅳ fractures of intercondylar eminence of tibia firstly , the dissociative fraged fractures were treated by reduction and absorbed empty hollow nail internal fixationunder arthroscopy. Results The follow up ranged 9 months to 18 months a year on average ,the fracture healed and the time was 45 days. According to Neers knee joint function scorings system, excellent in 12 patients, good in 2 patients, only one was fair. Conclusion The advantages of this operation shorten surgery time, invasionless andwith fewer complication. It can recover knee function to the greatest extent.
