摘要
目的探讨夜间超声检查对外科急腹症诊断的应用价值。方法回顾性分析412例夜间就诊的外科急腹症的超声表现并与手术、病理及随访结果进行对照。结果412例外科急腹症中以急性胆囊炎、泌尿系结石和急性阑尾炎常见,共292例,占70.9%,经手术和病理证实365例,15例临床随访证实,超声诊断符合率92.2%。结论夜间急诊超声检查对外科急腹症的早期诊断具有重要意义,是外科急腹症首选的诊断方法。
Objective To explore the clinical value of night-time ultrasound in diagnosis of surgical acute abdomen. Methods The ultrasonographic features of 412 cases surgical acute abdomen at night were analyned retrospectively, and compared with operation pathology and chnical follow-up Results In 412 cases, acute cholecyslilis, urinary system calculus and acute frequene encountered diseases, add up to 292 eases which occupied 70. 9%. 365 case were confirmed by operation and pathology, 15 cases were confirmed by clinical follow-up. The ultrasonographic diagnosis was 92. 2% accorded with clinical diagnosis, Conclution Night-time uhrasenography plays an important role in diagnosis of surgical acute abdomen, It is the first choice method in most surgical acute badomen cases.
