摘要
介绍了美国伊利诺伊（Illinois）大学开发的电力系统仿真软件包PowerWorld．它可以模拟互联电力系统在给定时间段内的运行情况。在交互式操作的基础上，成功地采用动画的单线图等可视化技术，直观、生动地阐述了电力系统运行的基本概念，是一个辅助教学的有力工具。
This paper introduces the PowerWorld simulati on software package. which is an highly visual andinteractive power system visualization tool to simulate the operation of an interconnected power system for agiven period of time. It is a powerful aid for educational/training use.
