现代照明观念将“照明品质”与“节能效益”结合，研究如何在满足人类生活的基本需求之下更提供高品质照明，并节约能源，正是现代照明技术研究与产业发展的一致方向。
In this paper the lighting quality and energy.Saving are highly stressed in the modern conception of lighting.To provide higher lighting quality and to save energy for meeting the basic needs of human life are the consistent trend of research on modern lighting technology and development of lighting industry.
