摘要
了解高校男性教职工吸烟状况,为控烟教育提供依据。方法：对某高校702名男性教职工进行匿名、自填式问卷调查。结果：被调查者中,总吸烟率、现在吸烟率、重度吸烟率分别为45.4%,36.8%和4.1%,低于全国平均水平。40-60岁年龄组吸烟率、烟龄和每日吸烟量均明显高于20-39岁年龄组,差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0.001）。结论：40-60年龄组人群吸烟的比例高,吸烟量大,烟龄长,是吸烟导致呼吸系统和心血管系统等多种疾病的高危人群,应加强对吸烟危害的宣传,并且为不吸烟者和想戒烟者提供一个良好的环境。
Purpose ： To provide basis for education of stopping smoking through a survey of the professional male smoking in universities. Meathod ： By anonymous questionnaires and self - writing questionnaires among 702 male staffs in a university. Result： Their overall smoking rate, current smoking rate and the heavy smoking rate are 45.4% , 36.8% and 4.1% respectively, which is lower than national average. Those who are between 40 and 60 have higher smoking rate, longer period of smoking and more daily smoking than those who are between 20 and 39, which is remarkably different（ p 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion： The group between 40 and 60 have a higher smoking rate, larger smoking quantity and longer smoking period, which brings them more dangers to get respiratory and eardiovasoular diseases. So the propaganda of banning smoking should be reinforced and a better atmosphere should be provided for the non -smokers and the smokers to-be.
