摘要
本试验通过新鲜葡萄种子进行不同浓度的GA3浸泡、相同浓度的GA3不同浸泡时间处理,调查对葡萄发芽率、发芽势的影响。结果表明:在不同浓度的GA3处理中,以2 500mg/L处理效果最佳;在同一浓度不同浸泡时间的处理中,以24 h处理效果最好。
Test on germination ability of fresh Red Globe grape seed with different time and content of GA3 was conducted. The results indicate that much more difference of percentage is present among these treatments. The effect of treatment with 2 500 mg/L GA3 was best in different content and that of treatment of 24 h was best in different soaking time.
