基因芯片在妇科的应用

摘要 基因芯片技术是建立在杂交序列基本理论上的分子生物学技术,具有高度平行性、多样性、微型性和自动化的特点。被认为是继基因克隆技术、基因测序技术和PCR技术后的又一次革命性的技术突破。已经应用在疾病特别是肿瘤的分化、分型、诊断、发病机制、疗效观察及药物靶标、药物筛选等诸多领域中,并已取得了不少的成就。
