摘要
热疗因其具有副作用小、治疗成本低、效果明显等优点,在肿瘤的治疗中被广泛应用。近年来研究表明热疗对一些病毒感染也有一定疗效,如:流感病毒、麻疹病毒、丙型肝炎病毒、水痘-带状疱疹病毒、人鼻病毒、人乳头瘤病毒、艾滋病毒等。普通热疗由于温度低,抗病毒作用不明显等缺点,现在热疗治疗病毒性感染上报道还不多,但随着纳米技术和磁感应热疗技术的发展,磁感应热疗将很可能成为治疗病毒性感染的一种新的方法。
Hyperthermia has been widely applied in cancer therapy as an effective approach due to its low cost and less side effects. Recently it has been reported that hyperthermia is a promising treatment for viral infection, especially the measles virus, Hepatitis C virus, varicella- zoster virus, human rhinovirus, human papilloma virus, human imrnunodeficiency virus, etc. However, due to the rather low temperature applied by traditional thermotherapy or whole- bod~/ hyperthermia, the advantage of viral infection by hyperthermia treatment has been limited. With the great advance of nanotechnology and targeted- hyperthermia, for example, magnetic- inductive hyperthermia, hyperthermia treatment may become a new and inspiring treatment for viral infection.
