摘要
天生桥一级面板坝于2003年、2004年两次发生面板竖向挤压破损。综合分析表明,坝体沉降大、低水位高温运行工况、面板上部处于不利应力组合状态,以及首次破损后仅作恢复性处理等因素,是面板两次挤压破损的原因。从优化面板坝断面设计、提高堆石压实密度、科学安排坝体及面板施工程序、避免不利运行工况和及时对破损部位进行有效处理等方面,提出一些应对措施。
Some slabs on Tianshengqiao 1st stage dam was synthetic analysis shows that the causes of the damage damaged by squeezing twice in 2003 and 2004. The are the significant settlement of dam body, the operation conditions under lower reservoir level and high temperature, unfavorable stresses combination on the upper slabs, as well as only the preliminary treatment after the first damage. The authors put forward some measures to treat the slab damages of Tianshengqiao 1 st stage dam, such as the optimizing design of CFRD section, enhancing the density of compacted embankment, arranging scientifically the flowchart of dam body and slab construction, avoiding unfavorable operation conditions and treating the damaged areas timely and effectively.
