摘要
凡在静脉输液过程中出现的非原发病引起的全身或局部不良反应都统称为输液反应,为医源性不良反应。小儿因其年龄特点、体质因素等更容易发生输液反应。本文综合国内近年来已发表文献,对小儿输液反应的类型,常见原因,处理原则及预防对策等予以综述。
During intravenous infusion, infusion reactions could happen in part and all of the body, which was not caused by primary diseases. These infusion were more common in children due to their age, constitution and other characteristics. This article summarized the references published in recent years, and reviewed the types, reasons, treatment principles and prevention measurements.
