摘要 目的研究我国中药材GAP基地产独活(Angelica pubescens Maxim.f.biserrata Shan et Yuan)根的化学成分。方法采用溶剂萃取和柱色谱方法分离纯化,根据理化性质和谱学数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从独活甲醇提取物中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:川白芷素(Ⅰ),当归醇A(Ⅱ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ),异紫花前胡苷(Ⅳ),腺苷(V),3-O-反式香豆酰基奎宁酸(Ⅵ),3-O-反式阿魏酰基奎宁酸(Ⅶ)和蔗糖(Ⅷ)。结论化合物Ⅰ,Ⅵ和Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Aim To study the chemical constituents of the root of Angelica pubescens Maxim. f. biserrata Shan et Yuan in China National GAP Base of Chinese Materia Medica for Angelica pubescens Maxim. f. biserrata in Hubei of China. Methods The chemical components were isolated by solvent extraction and colunm chromatography, and their chemical structures were identified on the basis of physic-chemical constant and spectral data. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified as angenomalin (I) ,angelol A (Ⅱ) ,daucosterol (β-sitosteryl 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, Ⅲ) ,marmesinin (Ⅳ), adenosine (V) ,3-O-trans-coumaroylquinic acid (Ⅵ) ,3- O-trans-feruloylquinic acid (Ⅶ) and sucrose (Ⅷ). Conclusion Compounds I, Ⅵ and Ⅶ were isolated from the titled plant for the first time.
