摘要
结合具体工程实例,为避免出现电解槽内衬受热不均产生断裂的现象,介绍了从电解槽内衬施工上采取的预防措施,优化了阴极碳块组的电阻值测试方法,并结合铝电解槽的规格对阴极碳块组进行了验算,提高了铝电解槽的使用寿命。
Combined with the specific engineering, in order to avoid the breakage initiated by inner lining uneven heating in cell, the prevention measures to inner lining construction of cell were introduced. The electric resistance measuring method of cathode carbon bar was optimized. The cathode carbon bar group was checked combined with the aluminum cell specification, and the service life of aluminum cell was enhanced.
