摘要
采用原位生成法制备微孔PVC/超微细CaCO3复合母粒,通过扫描电镜研究了反应体系、晶形控制剂、乳化剂及螯合剂柠檬酸对超微细CaCO3复合量及形态结构的影响。结果表明:在Ca(OH)2-H2O-CO2反应体系中加入乳化剂和螯合剂,能使超微细CaCO3的反应生成量增大,并且使CaCO3粒径变小且在微孔PVC中分布更加均匀。
The preparation of microporous-PVC/super fine CaCO3 masterbatch by an in situ method was described. The effect of reaction system, crystalline type control agent, emulsifying agent and chelating agent of citric acid on the morphology and structure of CaCO3 was studied by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental results showed that not only the reacting generated quantity of super fine CaCO3 increased,but also super fine CaCO3 distribute more evenly on microporous-PVC and its particle size reduced obviously when emulsifying agent and chelating agent of citric acid was added to Ca( OH)2 - H2O - CO2 reaction system.
