摘要
用差动扫描量热计(DSC)研究了松香型透明成核剂成核PP的非等温结晶行为和透明性及力学性能。结果表明:松香型透明成核剂及分散剂能提高PP的结晶温度,能加快其结晶速率,并对PP的结晶度、晶粒尺寸和透明力学性能有明显的影响。
The non-isothermal crystallizing behavior of polyprolene and polypropylene of filling rosin type nucleating agent under different cooling rates had been studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The result showed that the crystalling temperature and crystalling rate of PP filled rosin type nucleating agent and disperdsant agent could be impoved and there were remarkable effect for crystallinity, grain size, transparent mechanical properties of PP filled rosin type nucleating agent and disperdsant agent.
