摘要
PPR是由废旧的塑料水管回收而得,其主要成分是PP。回收PPR的力学强度和机械性能还是会有所降低,因此在某种程度上影响了回收材料的实用性。文章研究了纳米碳酸钙、β-成核剂、增容剂对PPR力学性能的影响,并研究了两者共同对本复合体系的增强效果;以SEM、WAXD及DSC对回收PPR复合材料进行了表征。研究结果表明:添加增容剂及β-成核剂的纳米碳酸钙/PPR混合体系具有较好的力学性能。
The recycled PPR was from post-customer plastic pipe. Its main ingredient was the PP. After long time using,the PPR' s mechanical intension and engineering property wiould decreasing. So it may affect the practicability of the recycled material. It was discussed the performance of recycled PPR blending mixed with nano-CaCO3 , β-nucleation agent and PP-g-MAH; and investigated the compatibility of PPR/nano-CaCO3/ β-nucleation agent composite system was and the effect could he taken by SEM, WAXD, DSC. The results indicated that the PPR/nano-CaCO3 filled composite system modified by PP-g-MAH and β-nucleation agent got the better mechanical properties.
