i-PB/PP共混体系力学性能和结晶性能的研究 被引量:9

Mechanics and Crystallization Properties on i-PB/PP Blends

摘要 考察了高全同聚丁烯-1的用量对聚丙烯力学性能和结晶性能的影响。随着高全同聚丁烯-1用量的增加,共混体系拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量和硬度均呈下降的趋势;而屈服强度呈先上升后下降的趋势,在聚丁烯-1含量为20%时出现最大值;冲击强度随聚丁烯-1用量的增加呈上升的趋势。随着聚丁烯-1用量的增加,屈服变得越来越不明显,共混体系的韧性也相应有所提高。当聚丁烯-1用量为20份时,聚丙烯球晶被分割和细化。在共混物中,聚丙烯对高全同聚丁烯-1有一定的异相成核作用。 It was mainly concerned with the mechanical properties and crystallization properties of the i-PB/PP systems. With i-PB increased,the tensile strength,flexural strength,flexural modulus and hardness of the blends decreased gradually. While yield strength increased at first and decraesed at last, the yield strength of max value was 20phr of i-PB. The impact strength raised as i-PB increasing. With i-PB increased yield became unconspicuous while toughness improved correspondingly. Spherulite of PP was divided and refined as 20 phr of i-PB. Heterogeneous nucleation of i-PB was effect by PP in blend.
