成型温度对β晶型聚丙烯冲击强度的影响

Effect of Molding Temperature on Impact Strength of β-Modification Polypropylene

摘要 在两种不同等规聚丙烯中(iPP1,iPP2)加入0.1%的β-成核剂,通过测定其23℃、-20℃下的冲击强度,研究B晶聚丙烯的韧性随成型温度的变化规律。高B晶含量的iPP的冲击强度比d—iPP明显提高。随着成型温度上升,高p晶含量的iPP在23℃下的冲击强度降低。而成型温度在80~100℃区间时,-20℃下的冲击强度呈峰值。差示扫描量热仪分析结果表明,随着成型温度的升高,iPP-B样品中8晶的相对含量先上升后下降,在100℃附近出现峰值,与-20℃冲击强度呈正相关性。 After adding 0. 1% β-nucleating agent, isotactic polypropylene ( iPP1, iPP2 ) were analysed in impact strength at 23℃ and -20℃ in order to study the relationship of ductility with molding temperature of β-PP-B-Modification iPP enhanced more than α-modification iPP in impact strength. With the molding temperature rising, impact strength of β-PP reduced at 23℃, while it had a peak value at -20℃ when molding temperature during 80 - 100℃. 13-PP was analysed by DSC. It showed that the content of β-PP in iPP-B first fell then rose, appearing the peak value around 100℃. So the content of β-PP with impact strength at -20℃ presented the relevance.
